    AN ACT concerning nursing home care.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing

Section 3-703 as follows:

    Sec. 3-703. Persons entitled to review.  Any person 
8
requesting a hearing
pursuant to Sections 2-110,
3-115, 3-118, 
9
3-119, 3-301, 3-303, 3-309, 3-410, 3-422 or 3-702 to contest
a 
10
decision rendered in a particular case may have such decision 
11
reviewed in
accordance with Sections 3-703 through 3-712.
