| AN ACT concerning nursing home care.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing |

| Section 1-102 as
follows:

| Sec. 1-102. Definitions. For the purposes of this Act, |
