    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Economic Opportunity Act is amended

by changing
Section 5 as follows:

    Sec. 5. Short title.
This Act shall be known and may be

cited as the Illinois Economic
Opportunity Act.
