    AN ACT concerning business.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Business Assistance and Regulatory Reform

Act is amended by
changing Section 5 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 608/5)

    Sec. 5. Goal  of Act.   The goal of this Act is to improve the 
8
State's
business
climate by making it easier for small and 
9
mid-size businesses to deal with
State requirements for doing 
10
business.  This goal will be achieved through
providing quick, 
11
accurate information on existing requirements and avoiding

12
unnecessary requirements.
