| AN ACT in relation to environmental protection.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing
Section 19 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (415 ILCS 5/19) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1019)

| Sec. 19. Water samples; testing. Owners or official |
| 8 |
| custodians of public
water
supplies shall
submit such samples |
| 9 |
| of water for analysis and such reports of operation
pertaining |
| 10 |
| to the sanitary quality, mineral quality, or adequacy of such
|
| 11 |
| supplies as may be requested by the Agency. Such samples and |
| 12 |
| reports shall
be submitted within 15 days after demand by the |
| 13 |
| Agency.
