| AN ACT concerning state parks.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The State Parks Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 3 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 3. In maintaining the State parks the Department of |

| Natural
Resources shall conserve the original character as

| distinguished from the artificial landscaping of the
