    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Consumer Installment Loan Act is amended by

changing
Section 26 as follows:

    Sec. 26. Short title of act.
This Act shall be known and

may be cited as the Consumer Installment
Loan Act.
