| AN ACT concerning emergency management.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act is |

| amended by
changing Section 12 as follows:
|

| Sec. 12. Testing of Disaster Warning Devices. The
testing |

| of disaster warning devices including outdoor warning sirens

| shall be held only on the first Tuesday
of each month at 10:00 |

exercises that are |

| specifically and expressly approved in advance by the
