| AN ACT in relation to unemployment insurance.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section
1701 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 1701. Rules and
regulations.
|
| 8 |
| General and special rules may be adopted, amended, or |
| 9 |
| rescinded by the
Director only after public hearing or |
| 10 |
| opportunity to be heard thereon, of
which proper notice has |
| 11 |
| been given. General rules are
shall become
effective
ten days |
| 12 |
| after filing with the Secretary of State and publication in one |
| 13 |
| or
more newspapers of general circulation in this State. |
| 14 |
| Special rules are
shall become effective ten days after |
