    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The School Construction Law is amended by

changing
Section 5-40 as follows:

    Sec. 5-40. Supervision of school construction projects.

The Capital
Development Board shall exercise general

supervision over school construction
projects financed

pursuant to this Article.
