| AN ACT concerning condominiums.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Condominium Property Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 2.1 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (765 ILCS 605/2.1) (from Ch. 30, par. 302.1)
|

| Sec. 2.1. Applicability. Unless otherwise expressly |
| 8 |
| provided in another
Section, the provisions of this Act are |
| 9 |
| applicable to all condominiums in the

State of Illinois. |

| Any provisions of a condominium instrument that contains |
| 11 |
| provisions
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are |
| 12 |
| void as against public policy
and ineffective.
