| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Naprapathic Practice Act is amended by |
5 |
| changing
Section 20 as follows:
|

| (225 ILCS 63/20)
|

| (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2013)
|

| Sec. 20. Necessity of license. No person shall practice or |
9 |
| attempt
to practice naprapathy as defined in this Act without |
10 |
| possessing a valid
license as
a naprapath issued by the |

| Department.
