| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Physical Therapy Act is amended by |

| changing Section
34 as follows:

| (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2006)

| Sec. 34. Short title. This Act may be known and cited as
