| AN ACT concerning fireworks.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Fireworks Use Act is amended by changing
|

| Section 3.2 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (425 ILCS 35/3.2) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 129.2)
|

| Sec. 3.2. The use of what are technically known as |
| 8 |
| fireworks showers or
any mixture containing potassium |
| 9 |
| chlorate, and sulphur in theatres or public
halls is hereby

| prohibited.
