    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by

changing
Section 4-1 as follows:

    Sec. 4-1. Jurisdictional Facts
facts.  Proceedings may be

instituted
under
the provisions of this Article concerning boys

and girls who are addicted
as defined in Section 4-3.
