| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Civic Center Code is amended by changing
|
| 5 |
| Section 2-25 as follows:
|

| (70 ILCS 200/2-25)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 2-25. Incurring obligations. The Authority shall not |
| 8 |
| incur any
obligations for salaries or for office or |
| 9 |
| administrative expenses except
within the amounts of funds that |
| 10 |
| will be available to it when those
such
obligations become |
| 11 |
| payable.
