| AN ACT in relation to railroads.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing
Section 2 as follows:
|

| Sec. 2. Such persons shall organize by adopting and signing |
| 8 |
| articles of
incorporation, which shall be filed and recorded in |

| the office of the
Secretary of State and a copy thereof |
