    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by changing

Section 1-1 as
follows:

    Sec. 1-1. Short
title. This Act shall be known and may be

cited as the "Criminal Code
of
1961".
