305 ILCS 5/9A-11.10 new










    Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall create a database where child care providers receiving funds from the child care assistance program under the Illinois Public Aid Code may report that a person who receives assistance from the State has outstanding bills for child care and has switched to an alternative child care provider.

    AN ACT concerning child care.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended  by 
5
adding Section 9A-11.10 as follows:

    (305 ILCS 5/9A-11.10  new)

    Sec. 9A-11.10. Child care provider database. Subject to 
8
appropriations, the Department of Human Services shall create a 
9
database where child care providers receiving funds from the 
10
child care assistance program under this Code may report that a 
11
person who receives assistance from the State has outstanding 
12
bills for child care and has switched to an alternative child 
13
care provider.
