    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6811 on page 4, by

replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:

"18 years of age and , the defendant was at least 17 years of

age at the time of the commission of the offense, and the 
6
offense was committed on or after June 1, 1996."; and
 
7
on page 5, by replacing  line 23 with the following:
8
"committed on or after June 1, 1996 against a"; and

on page 8, line 17, by replacing "desires" with "intends"; and
 
10
on page 8, line 22, by replacing "prospective" with "intended".
