| 4 | "This subsection (C-5) applies to a person who committed the | ||||||
| 5 | offense before June 1, 1996 only if the person is incarcerated | ||||||
| 6 | in an Illinois Department of Corrections facility on the | ||||||
| 7 | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General | ||||||
| 8 | Assembly.".
