    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6848 on page 1, line

21, immediately by replacing "reduce" with "promote mixed-use

development or reduce"; and

by deleting lines 30 through 32 on page 1 and lines 1 and 2 on 
6
page 2; and

on page 2, line 3, by replacing "(d)" with "(c)"; and
 
8
on page 3, line 23, immediately after "members", by inserting 
9
", except that the number of county board members appointed to 
10
the Council shall not exceed the number of mayors appointed to 
11
the Council"; and

 
12
on page 5, lines 18 and 19, by replacing "urban services" with 
13
"public infrastructure".
