    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971
is

amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

    Sec. 2. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be 
8
cited as
the "Highway Advertising
Control Act of 1971".
