| "RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |

| there is created an Obstetricians Task Force consisting of 8 |
| 7 |
| members appointed as follows: 2 legislative members appointed |
| 8 |
| by the President of the Senate; 2 legislative members appointed |
| 9 |
| by the Minority Leader of the Senate; 2 legislative members |
| 10 |
| appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; and 2 |
| 11 |
| legislative members appointed by the Minority Leader of the |
| 12 |
| House of Representatives; two co-chairpersons representing |
| 13 |
| different political parties shall be selected by the members |
| 14 |
| the Task Force; and be it further". |
