| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 3 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Rosemarie Hall of |
| 4 |
| Algonquin on the occasion of her retirement after many years of |
| 5 |
| service with Northfield Township; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Hall began her tenure with the township as a |
| 7 |
| bookkeeper, then was promoted to administrator a few years |
| 8 |
| later and served as administrator for nearly 20 years; she |
| 9 |
| recently has taken on the position of financial director; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Hall's primary role is tracking the township's |
| 11 |
| budget; she has, with integrity, taken on the responsibility of |
| 12 |
| being a zealous guardian of taxpayers' funds; she also wears |
| 13 |
| several other hats; she helps residents solve problems and |
| 14 |
| handles a multitude of other tasks; she especially enjoys |
| 15 |
| helping people; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Hall once worked as a cartoonist in the |
| 17 |
| pen-and-ink department of the Walt Disney Co.; she keeps up |
| 18 |
| with her drawing and enjoys antiquing with her husband, John; |
| 19 |
| they have four grown children; therefore, be it
|
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 21 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 22 |
| congratulate Rosemarie Hall on the occasion of her retirement; |
| 23 |
| and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to Ms. Hall as an expression of our respect and |
| 26 |
| esteem and with best wishes for a relaxing retirement.
