    AMENDMENT NO. ___.  Amend House Resolution 771 on page 1,

line 11 by removing "and facilities"; and

on page 1, by replacing line 14 with the following:

"children and leave the foster care system, resulting in a 
6
greater need for more foster families;"; and
 
7
on page 1, by replacing lines 16 through 20 with the following:

    "WHEREAS, There are numerous individuals and public and 
9
private organizations that work to increase public awareness of 
10
children in and leaving foster care; and
 
11
    WHEREAS, The foster care system is only as good as those 
12
who choose to be a part of it through the valuable contribution 
13
of foster parents;".
