| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives wish to recognize Patrick Mannelly, a member of |
| 4 |
| the Chicago Bears, for his participation in the Friends Forever |
| 5 |
| Humane Society's Golf Outing Fundraiser to be held on June 26, |
| 6 |
| 2004 at Wolf Hollow Golf Course in Lena; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Patrick Mannelly has been with the Bears since |
| 8 |
| 1998; he is #65 and is the team's long-snapper; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, During his pro career as a rock-solid veteran |
| 10 |
| performer he has distinguished himself as one of the most |
| 11 |
| reliable long-snappers in the National Football League; his |
| 12 |
| quick release and accurate delivery have helped the Bears |
| 13 |
| extend their NFL record streak of games without a blocked punt; |
| 14 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| thank Patrick Mannelly for participating in the Friends Forever |
| 18 |
| Humane Society's Golf Outing and Fundraiser and wish him well |
| 19 |
| for the future; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to Patrick Mannelly as a token of our respect and |
