| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 4 |
| there is hereby established the Illinois School Impact Fee Task |
| 5 |
| Force for the purpose of studying impact fees in Illinois; and |
| 6 |
| be it further
|
| 7 |
| RESOLVED, That the Illinois School Impact Fee Task Force |
| 8 |
| shall consist of the following members: (i) 2 members of the |
| 9 |
| House of Representatives, or their designees, appointed by the |
| 10 |
| Speaker of the House, one of whom shall serve as a |
| 11 |
| co-chairperson of the Task Force; (ii) 2 members of the House |
| 12 |
| of Representatives, or their designees, appointed by the |
| 13 |
| Minority Leader of the House, one of whom shall serve as a |
| 14 |
| co-chairperson of the Task Force; (iii) 2 members appointed by |
| 15 |
| an association that represents school boards; (iv) 2 members |
| 16 |
| appointed by an association that represents school |
| 17 |
| administrators; (v) 2 members appointed by an association that |
| 18 |
| represents home builders; (vi) 2 members appointed by an |
| 19 |
| association that represents realtors; (vii) one member |
| 20 |
| appointed by an association that represents municipalities; |
| 21 |
| (viii) one representative of municipal government; and (ix) one |
| 22 |
| representative of county government; and be it further

| 23 |
| RESOLVED, That the Illinois School Impact Fee Task Force |
| 24 |
| shall present a report of its findings to the General Assembly |
| 25 |
| by January 1, 2005.
