| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 3 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to recognize significant events |
| 4 |
| in the lives of citizens of the State; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that on May 7, 2004, |
| 6 |
| at 3:42 a.m., Anthony Micheal Martinez came into this world at |
| 7 |
| Illinois Masonic Hospital; he weighed in at 8 pounds and 7 |
| 8 |
| ounces and was 23 inches long; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Anthony Micheal is the son of Micheal Martinez and |
| 10 |
| Jennifer Greene and the grandson of Theresa Giordano Martinez, |
| 11 |
| Oscar Martinez, Janet Greene, and Richard Greene; therefore, be |
| 12 |

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 14 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 15 |
| congratulate Micheal Martinez and Jennifer Greene on the |
| 16 |
| occasion of the birth of their child, Anthony Micheal Martinez, |
| 17 |
| and we wish them health and happiness in the future; and be it |

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to Micheal Martinez and Jennifer Greene as an |
