| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to recognize notable achievements |
| 4 |
| of citizens of this State; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, The Frankfort Preservation Foundation Board of |
| 6 |
| Directors has established a "Lifetime Service" Award program in |
| 7 |
| order to recognize, honor, and preserve the memory of citizens |
| 8 |
| and historic landmarks that exemplify the highest standards of |
| 9 |
| stewardship within its community; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, At a ceremony on Friday, August 13, 2004, at CD & |
| 11 |
| Me, Glenn Warning is being honored with the Public Servant |
| 12 |
| Lifetime Service award for his selflessness as an elected |
| 13 |
| official; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Warning has dedicated his time and talents to |
| 15 |
| the Village of Frankfort by serving on the Planning and Zoning |
| 16 |
| Commission for 7 years, as President for 24 years, and as a |
| 17 |
| Trustee on the Will County Board of Trustees for 14 years; |
| 18 |
| therefore, be it
|
| 19 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 20 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 21 |
| congratulate Glenn Warning on being honored with the Public |
| 22 |
| Servant Lifetime Service award presented by the Frankfort |
| 23 |
| Preservation Foundation Board of Directors; and be it further
|
| 24 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to Glenn Warning as an expression of our respect and |
| 26 |
| esteem.
