| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives join |
| 3 |
| with Representative Monique Davis in congratulating her |
| 4 |
| sister, Sylvia P. Cato and Albert Cato on the occasion of their |
| 5 |
| retirement; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cato have been married for 50 years |
| 7 |
| and are retiring and moving to LaGrange, Georgia; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Cato was a guidance counselor and educator in |
| 9 |
| the Chicago Public Schools for 25 years and is retiring from |
| 10 |
| the Chicago Board of Education; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Cato has been a professional photographer for |
| 12 |
| 40 years and is retiring from the Cook County Hospital; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cato leave behind in Chicago three |
| 14 |
| daughters, one son-in-law, and most importantly, one |
| 15 |
| grandchild; therefore, be it
|
| 16 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 18 |
| congratulate Sylvia P. Cato and Albert Cato on the occasion of |
| 19 |
| their retirement; and be it further
|
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, That we thank Mr. and Mrs. Cato for their service |
| 21 |
| in Chicago, and we recognize the many achievements of this |
| 22 |
| couple, especially the notable distinction of being married for |
| 23 |
| 50 years; and be it further
|
| 24 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to Sylvia P. Cato and Albert Cato as an expression of |
| 26 |
| our respect and esteem and with our best wishes for their |
| 27 |
| success and happiness in all of their future endeavors as they |
| 28 |
| move to Georgia.
