| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Education is one of the most noble professions |
| 3 |
| that an individual can choose; and
|
| 4 |
| WHEREAS, Miss Lorraine Supinski of Chicago has taught for |
| 5 |
| over 50 years in many schools in the Chicago area; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, She taught at St. Salomea in the Roseland area, at |
| 7 |
| Queen of the Universe in Chicago, at St. Mary of Czestochowa in |
| 8 |
| Cicero, at Immaculate Conception in Chicago for 25 years, and |
| 9 |
| at Bridgeport Catholic Academy from 1985 until 1999, where she |
| 10 |
| continued to serve as a volunteer resource teacher from 1999 to |
| 11 |
| 2005; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Her many years of teaching have provided her the |
| 13 |
| distinction of 50 years of service to the Archdiocese of |
| 14 |
| Chicago; therefore, be it
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 17 |
| salute Miss Lorraine Supinski of Chicago for her dedication to |
| 18 |
| the education of students in the State of Illinois, and for her |
| 19 |
| 50 years of service to the Archdiocese of Chicago; and be it |
| 20 |
| further
|
| 21 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 22 |
| presented to her as an expression of our deepest respect and |
| 23 |
| esteem and our many thanks for her devotion to the noble |
| 24 |
| pursuit that is education.
