 1        AN ACT concerning language assistance services.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  Language  Assistance  Services  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (210 ILCS 87/1)
 7        Sec.  1.  Short title Short title.  This Act may be cited
 8    as the Language Assistance Services Act.
