 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 71

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  71  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.   The  Wildlife  Code is amended by changing
 5    Section 1.1 as follows:

 6        (520 ILCS 5/1.1) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.1)
 7        Sec. 1.1.  Short title.   This Act shall be known and may
 8    be cited as the "Wildlife Code".
