 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  77  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.  The  Trusts  and Trustees Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (760 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 1651)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title. This Act shall be known and may  be
 8    cited as the Trusts and Trustees Act.
