 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 90

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 90 on page  2,  by
 3    inserting after line 12 the following:
 4        "Nothing  in  this  amendatory  Act  of  the 93rd General
 5    Assembly  shall  be  construed  to  prohibit  the   continued
 6    employment  of  a  day or temporary laborer by an employer if
 7    the day or temporary laborer had  already  been  assigned  to
 8    work  for  the  employer  at  the  time the strike or lockout
 9    began.".
