 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 2, on page 6, by replacing  line  31  with  the
 5    following:
 6    "defendant,  if sentenced to a term of imprisonment, shall be
 7    sentenced to: (A) a term of"; and

 8    on page 6, line 34, deleting "mandatory".
