                                 MOTION

          I move to accept  the  specific  recommendations  of  the
      Governor as to Senate Bill 150 in manner and form as follows:
                      AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 150
               IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
          Amend Senate Bill 150 on page 1, line 5, by deleting "and
      changing Section 29-15"; and

      by deleting line 26 on page 2 through line 13 on page 3.
