 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 150,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 32 through 34  with  the
 5    following:
 6        "A  person  may also operate a chartered bus described in
 7    this subsection (d-5) if he or she holds a valid  CDL  and  a
 8    valid  school  bus driver permit that was issued on or before
 9    December 31, 2003.".
