 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 153

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 153  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.  The  Local  Government  Debt  Reform Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (30 ILCS 350/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 6901)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 8    cited as the Local Government Debt Reform Act.
