 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 172,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 29 through 32  with  the
 5    following:
 6    "initial appointments. The members shall not receive a salary
 7    but  shall  be reimbursed for the necessary expenses incurred
 8    in the performance of their duties.".
