 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 222  by  replacing
 3    lines 32 through 34 on page 64 and line 1 on page 65 with the
 4    following:  "paid  for  a  single occurrence surpass $100,000
 5    $2,000,000, provided that this limitation  shall  not  render
 6    any  portion of the judgment enforceable against the response
 7    action contractor.".
