 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 256 as follows:

 3    on page 5, line 18, by  replacing  "mass  transit  districts"
 4    with "transportation systems"; and

 5    on  page  5, line 19, by inserting after "transportation" the
 6    following:

 7    "and vehicles used by public schools  to  transport  students
 8    for any purpose".
