 3    lines  6  and  7,  by replacing "devices, including temporary
 4    stop signs, between" with "devices between"; and

 5    on page 5, line 17, after the period, by inserting "The  rail
 6    carrier  is  responsible for the cost of the installation and
 7    subsequent maintenance of any required signs.".
