 1        AN ACT with regard to schools.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  School  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 11A-11 as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 5/11A-11) (from Ch. 122, par. 11A-11)
 7        Sec. 11A-11.  Map showing change - Filed.  Within 30 days
 8    after a new community unit district has  been  created  under
 9    any   of   the  provisions  of  this  Article,  the  Regional
10    Superintendent of schools of any county involved  shall  make
11    and  file with the county clerk of his or her county a map of
12    any districts involved in the  creation  of  a  new  district
13    whereupon  the  county  clerks shall extend taxes against the
14    territory in accordance therewith.
