 1        AN   ACT   concerning   the   regulation   of   financial
 2    institutions.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Financial Institutions Code is amended by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 1205/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 101)
 8        Sec. 1. Short title.  This Act may  shall  be  known  and
 9    shall be cited as the "Financial Institutions Code."
