 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 493 on page 2,  by
 3    replacing lines 29 through 31 with the following:
 4        "(h)  The  scholarships provided under this Section shall
 5    be paid only out of funds specifically  appropriated  to  the
 6    Commission for that purpose.".
