 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 559

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 559,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section  5,  Sec. 143.17a, subsection b., by deleting the
 4    sentence that begins "The company shall maintain"; and

 5    in Section 5, Sec. 143.17a, subsection b., by  inserting  the
 6    following after the end of the last sentence:
 7    "The  company  shall  maintain  proof  of mailing or proof of
 8    receipt whichever is required.".
