 4    on page 4, line 10, by changing "(b-5)" to "(a-5)"; and

 5    on page 4, line 12, after "property", by inserting ","; and

 6    on page 5, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:

 7    "leasing  or  otherwise disposing of the property, provide to
 8    the Tenant".
