                                 MOTION

          I move to accept  the  specific  recommendations  of  the
      Governor as to Senate Bill 640 in manner and form as follows:
                      AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 640
               IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
          Amend  Senate  Bill  640  on  page 1, line 6, by deleting
      "7-103.106"; and

      by deleting page 3, line 24 through page 8, line 22.
